Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Greet showroom visitors, understand design goals, and guide through furniture and decor collections.
• Design & Custom Orders: Assist with room layouts, finishes, fabrics, and custom furniture specs.
• Closing & Transactions: Manage POS, deposits, and coordinate delivery or pickup details.
• Showroom Presentation: Maintain a clean, stylish, and organized sales floor with pristine displays and tags.
• Client Relationship Management: Follow up post-delivery, manage quotes, and encourage repeat business.
• Inventory & Team Support: Track floor inventory, tag arrivals, and relay customer feedback to management.
• Product Expertise: Understand inventory including wood types, joinery, materials, warranty info and care.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
