Mor Furniture in California is seeking a Sales Associate/Showroom Manager to welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through furniture options, financing, and design decisions. You will maintain showroom displays, hit sales targets, and collaborate with a team of co-workers dedicated to great customer experiences.

The role requires working weekends and holidays, with 8+ hour shifts daily and a focus on delivering friendly, solution-oriented service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; respond to inquiries or complaints from customers/employees; present information clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly and work well in group problem-solving situations.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features, including how products function and fit into their home.
• Guide customers through product options and value tiers to help them make confident decisions.
• Process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure floor models are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Set and work toward personal and team sales goals.
• Coach and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and the team.
