We’re hiring Full-Time Showroom Sales Consultants (Keyholders) to join the launch team of Lulu and Georgia’s first physical showroom in West Hollywood. • Utilize Spoak to create simple visual design boards that help clients make confident purchase decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams when additional support is needed, while maintaining ownership of the client relationship whenever possible
Keyholder Responsibilities

Serve as a Keyholder and support secure access to the showroom as needed

Execute opening and closing procedures, including walkthroughs, security checks, and ensuring the showroom is customer-ready at the start of each day

Support cash wrap / device readiness and ensure all systems are functioning prior to opening (as applicable)

Follow security protocols and escape issues related to safety, incidents, or building concerns in accordance with company procedures

Act as a trusted on-site leader when the Showroom Manager is not present, supporting team coverage and ensuring a consistent client experience

Showroom Standards & Team Collaboration

Maintain showroom presentation standards, including cleanliness, organization, and sample readiness

Support daily operational tasks and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
