Job summary

idcAutomatic showroom sales role focusing on guiding customers from first contact to booked jobs while delivering top-tier service. You will capture and route incoming leads, maintain a welcoming showroom, and support the broader sales team with organized, accurate CRM records.

You’ll develop deep product knowledge across overhead doors and related services, follow up on leads, and help ensure smooth scheduling and installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Motivated, driven self-starter with face-to-face selling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom customers and guide them through next steps.
• Own retail and residential sale from first contact to booked job, including quotes and closing.
• Educate customers on products and options to meet needs and budget.
• Develop product knowledge across overhead door, opener, and service offerings.
• Document customer activity and quotes in the CRM.
• Enter presold orders into the accounting system with Outside Sales.
