Responsibilities

• Sell products, accessories, maintenance supplies, and service packages.
• Conduct virtual and in-person sales consultations.
• Follow up on internet, phone, and text leads.
• Maintain and update lead database / CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Operate point-of-sale system and handle cashiering duties.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and deposits.
• Perform opening and closing showroom procedures.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays.
• Monitor product condition and perform basic maintenance.
• Order supplies and restock merchandise.
• Track and manage inventory levels.
• Assist with offsite events, promotions, and customer visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

Responsible for selling products, accessories, maintenance supplies, and services in a retail showroom environment, at customers’ homes, via phone, email, text, virtual appointments, and at offsite events. This role manages in-person customer interactions, incoming calls, email and text communications, assisting with questions, providing solutions, and creating revenue opportunities. The Sales Associate is expected to maximize every opportunity to achieve sales and revenue goals while maintaining strong product knowledge and participating in ongoing training.

This position also supports daily showroom operations including opening/closing procedures, cleaning, product maintenance, point-of-sale activities, deposits, and inventory stocking.
