Carr Supply Columbus is seeking a Showroom Consultant for Kitchen & Bath Visual Design & Marketing. You will design showrooms, curate displays, and drive brand presence while assisting homeowners, builders, and designers.

You’ll learn operations, manage quotes and orders, and collaborate with industry vendors. This role suits an energetic, design-minded communicator with a passion for interiors and local market outreach.

Responsabilités

• Consult and inspire: work with homeowners, builders, and designers to translate wishes into quotes.
• Keep showroom fresh: curate and refresh displays, lighting and vignettes.
• Grow marketing: assist with local marketing, vendor promotions, and traffic generation.
• Learn operations: track quotes, manage orders/returns, understand margins, use the order system (WISE).
• Develop knowledge through vendor partnerships and training.

We are looking for a high energy, detail oriented Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team.

We’re seeking someone who wants to learn the industry inside and out, guide clients through designing their dream kitchens and baths, and bring fresh, modern ideas to our showroom’s visual displays, promotional campaigns, and brand presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Consult & Inspire: Work one-on-one with homeowners, builders, and interior designers, turning blueprints and wish lists into finished, beautiful project quotes.
• Keep the Showroom Fresh: Help curate and refresh our physical showroom displays, vignettes, and lighting so our space always reflects the latest design trends.
• Bring the Marketing Spark: Assist with creative local marketing, vendor co-op promotions, and finding innovative ways (social, events, digital) to get designers and homeowners through our doors.
• Master the Business: Learn the operational ropes—tracking project quotes, managing special orders and returns, understanding profit margins, and using our order management system (WISE).
• Grow Your Knowledge: Partner with leading industry vendors and participate in career development training.

• Background or keen interest in Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Visual Merchandising (degree or equivalent hands-on experience welcome!).
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and in-person.
• Solid everyday math skills for tracking pricing, margins, and quotes.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move displays/samples (up to 50 lbs) to keep the floor looking sharp.
• Dependable, organized, and eager to build a rewarding career.
