Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Interest in interior design is a plus.
• Ability to understand discounts and commissions numerically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet showroom visitors, sign them in and make them feel valued.
• Assist Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, handling payments, updating orders, and answering inquiries.
• Explain ProSource benefits to clients (trade pros and homeowners) and invite showroom visits.
• Schedule showroom tours with prospective members.
• Update product displays and pricing to keep the showroom fresh and inviting.
• Work with the sales manager to ensure a top-notch customer experience and pristine showroom condition.
