Granite Concepts, LLC is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to support our showroom and office. You will be the first contact for customers, answering questions about countertop materials and products while maintaining organized customer records and scheduling installations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn about our products, and capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, office administration, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assist customers with questions about countertop materials, products, and available options.
• Manage customer appointments and confirm template and installation appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, open new accounts, and prepare paperwork.
• Support daily showroom operations by keeping the space clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and direct questions to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
