You will be the first contact for customers, answering questions about countertop materials and products while maintaining organized customer records and scheduling installations.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, office administration, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
