Job summary

Granite Concepts, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to support our showroom and office in Lewiston, Idaho. You will be the first contact for customers, helping with countertop questions and keeping records tidy and up to date.

The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with customers, quickly learning about our products, and maintaining accurate daily administrative tasks while ensuring a welcoming experience in our showroom and offices.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, office administration, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand countertop materials and products and communicate information clearly to customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
• Must be available to work Wednesday through Saturday.
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
