Job summary

Broad River Retail seeks an Operations Professional, Showroom Execution, to bridge daily logistics between the Distribution Center and retail locations. You will lead a small team handling transfers, receiving, loading/unloading, prep, assembly, and showroom moves, using a company vehicle in warehouse and showroom settings.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing leadership with hands-on work and customer service to ensure showroom readiness.

Qualifications

• Physical and clerical labor mindset required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead department startup meetings daily at DC location.
• Coordinate inventory transfers, receiving, and showroom moves.
• Lead a small team in loading/unloading and prep activities.
• Maintain safety and follow material handling guidelines.
• Track attendance, enter edits and approvals in Paycom.
• Tag merchandise and ensure pricing per standards.
• Update internal processes and productivity spreadsheets.
• Handle inbound discrepancies and receiving documentation as needed.
