Job summary

Luxor, a MGM Resorts International property in Las Vegas, seeks a Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations for live entertainment and events.

You will lead front-of-house, coordinate guest seating, VIP accommodations, and collaborate with Entertainment, Production, Security and other departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of prior related experience in ticketing, box office or showroom operations required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom and front-of-house operations, including event preparation, guest admissions, seating arrangements, VIP accommodations, and overall venue presentation.
• Lead and develop showroom team members through scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and daily operational support.
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Production, Security, and other departments to coordinate event logistics, guest flow, staffing needs, and operational readiness.
• Oversee guest service standards, resolve escalated guest concerns, and ensure a welcoming and memorable entertainment experience.
• Monitor showroom safety, accessibility, crowd management, and emergency procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Evaluate daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes that enhance team efficiency and the overall guest experience.
