TAP Sports Bar at MGM Grand Las Vegas is seeking an engaging Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will lead by example, supervise staff, coordinate with culinary teams, and ensure service standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory restaurant experience, familiarity with Culinary Union contracts, and knowledge of wine and spirits; sake knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role.

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience working in a restaurant.
