Overview

We are seeking an experienced, operationally driven Showroom Manager to lead daily operations, sales team compliance, and market execution across our three wholesale showrooms in the Dallas World Trade Center. Serving as our primary "eyes and ears on the ground," you will bridge the gap between our corporate office, sales representatives, and wholesale buyers. You will oversee tech-driven inventory workflows, enforce strict order-processing deadlines, train temporary market staff, and ensure physical product quality matches our online presence. Work Type: On-site/some remote work after hours may be required. Location: Dallas Market Center Showrooms

Description

Order Compliance & Sales Rep Accountability: Audit rep order entries continuously in Cin7/Shopify to strictly enforce the 48-hour order submission window post-acceptance, preventing inventory allocation delays in SKUVault and shipping bottlenecks in ShipStation.

Corporate Quality Assurance & Sample Management: Work directly with the Corporate Office to identify and reconcile physical sample variations against online Shopify site images. Oversee the receipt, tagging, and scanning of showroom sample inventory using SKUVault.

Temp Staff Training & Onboarding: Design and execute training for temporary market staff, ensuring complete compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for buyer intake and order taking.

Receiving & Inventory Control: Coordinate all receiving operations for all three WTC showrooms, managing sample inventory, market setup stock, and immediate cash-and-carry inventory.

Corporate Reporting & Showroom Leadership: Generate daily and post-market reports for the home office, serving as the direct operational point of contact for corporate executives while maintaining immaculate showroom environments.

Qualifications

B2B Wholesale Operations: 3+ years managing multi-showroom wholesale operations, including full prep, sample staging, and buyer reception for Dallas Market Center / WTC market weeks.

Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with Cin7, Shopify, SKUVault, and ShipStation, or their equivalent, to oversee B2B order flow, stock allocation, and fulfillment queues.

Team Leadership & Training: Proven track record of onboarding, training, and managing temporary market staff and holding sales reps accountable to operational guidelines.

Corporate Liaison & Reporting: Experience acting as a direct operational link for corporate leadership, submitting scheduled market performance logs and stock reports.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal skills to bridge corporate directives, lead market staff, and deliver clear, high-impact updates to buyers, sales reps, and executive leadership.
