American Darling in Dallas is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead daily operations, ensure sales team compliance, and execute market weeks across three wholesale showrooms in the Dallas World Trade Center.

You will bridge the corporate office, sales reps, and wholesale buyers, oversee inventory workflows with Cin7/Shopify/SKUVault/ShipStation, enforce order deadlines, train temporary market staff, and maintain showroom quality that matches online images.

Qualifications

3+ years managing multi-showroom wholesale operations, including prep, sample staging, and buyer reception.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations, sales team compliance, and market execution across three wholesale showrooms in the Dallas World Trade Center.
Oversee tech-driven inventory workflows and enforce 48-hour order submission deadlines post-acceptance.
Train temporary market staff and ensure SOPs for buyer intake and order taking.
Coordinate receiving operations for all three WTC showrooms, manage sample inventory and market setup stock.
Generate daily and post-market reports for the home office and serve as the operational point of contact for executives.
Ensure physical product quality matches online Shopify site images.
