Job summary

Haworth Lifestyle in Miami, FL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities supporting showrooms, dealers, and customers. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Consultants, warehouses, and drivers to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods from arrival to installation, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide shipment visibility.

This role requires at least 2 years in logistics, strong organization, and proficiency with

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse coordination, or related operations role preferred.
Experience coordinating inbound shipments, warehousing, deliveries, and inventory.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and follow-up with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Delivery Coordination: plan, organize, and execute logistics for showrooms, dealers, and customers within the area.
Monitor incoming shipments and provide ETA and status updates to teams.
Coordinate deliveries and installations with Customer Service, Sales, warehouses, and providers.
Release orders upon arrival and container availability.
Maintain high standards for delivery and installation processes.
