Job summary

Stark Carpet Corp. in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Showroom Logistics Representative to maintain an inviting showroom, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries and samples with clients and vendors.

This on-site role combines merchandising, shipping, and hands-on logistics support to ensure a premium client experience. The role requires physical stamina for loading and moving rug piles, strong organizational skills, and a professional, client-centered approach to interactions in a showroom

Qualifications

• Must have pleasant demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly.
• Professional demeanor to represent the company in client settings.
• Interest in design industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and rotate showroom displays and manage product presentation.
• Assist Account Managers by presenting rugs and samples to clients.
• Perform daily showroom upkeep including cleaning and trash.
• Receive, tag, inspect, photograph, and process new inventory.
• Learn and use AS 4000 system to update inventory and rug histories.
• Organize sample returns and fulfill incoming sample requests.
• Pull, pack and ship rugs and samples via carriers.
• Deliver rugs to client homes or businesses with professionalism.
