Indochino in Nashville, TN seeks a dynamic Sales Team Lead for our showroom. You will drive daily revenue, coach teammates, manage appointments, and ensure a seamless customer experience across fittings, alterations, and sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience in fashion or related.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of tailoring processes and menswear products.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to meet and exceed daily revenue and metric-based goals.
• Support showroom KPI execution including targets, conversion, UPT, and AOV.
• Assist in managing customer appointments and walk-in traffic.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members in the moment.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and maintain service excellence.
• Act as on-floor leader when Showroom Manager is absent.
