Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the showroom's primary contact, handling inbound/outbound calls and processing orders. You will prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on architect plans and provide exceptional service by leveraging in-depth product knowledge.

Candidate should be customer-focused, team-oriented, and capable of using our inventory system to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
High integrity and commitment to customer service.
Interest in sales/retail evidenced by prior work or education.
Ability to work with customers both in a team and independently.
Basic computer skills (keyboard and monitor).
Willingness to take on new challenges and be goal-oriented.
Knowledge of building principles/products is a plus.
Able to lift/carry boxes up to 70 lbs.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Bilingual/Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for customers visiting the showroom.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and process orders.
Prepare quotes based on architect plans for windows and exterior building products.
Develop thorough knowledge of Lansing's products/services to provide exceptional service.
Fill customer orders using the inventory management system and maintain inventory control.
Assist in warehouse tasks including loading/unloading materials as needed.
