Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary showroom contact, handle inquiries, and process orders. You will prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on architect plans, while providing exceptional service through strong product knowledge.

You will use our inventory system to fill orders, maintain inventory control, and assist in warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service ethics and integrity.
• Interest in sales/retail; related education helps.
• Ability to work with customers both independently and in a team.
• Computer literacy and keyboard/monitor usage are essential.
• Willingness to lift and move boxes of building materials up to 70 pounds.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for showroom visitors and customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls; answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products per plans.
• Develop product knowledge to provide exceptional service.
• Fill orders using our inventory system and maintain stock control.
• Support warehouse tasks including loading and unloading as needed.
