Bomnin Automotive Group in Miami seeks a friendly Dealership Greeter to welcome customers, log showroom traffic, and provide complimentary amenities while guiding guests to the right sales associate.

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional first impression and supporting follow-up efforts to encourage unsold showroom traffic to return.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and customer-focused with strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Front-line hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced showroom.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer/CRM familiarity helpful.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome every customer entering the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
• Log and properly check in all showroom customers into the designated system or process.
• Ensure customers are connected with the appropriate sales associate or manager in a timely manner.
• Offer complimentary amenities including water, coffee, and refreshments.
• Monitor the showroom experience to ensure customers remain comfortable and attended throughout the vehicle transaction process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer waiting environment.
• Conduct customer follow-up communication with unsold showroom traffic.
• Encourage customers to return to the dealership for another opportunity to earn their business.
• Assist management in maintaining an elevated showroom experience and positive dealership atmosphere.
• Support dealership events, sales initiatives, and customer experience efforts as needed.
• Maintain professionalism, positive energy, and hospitality standards at all times.
