DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich is hiring an Automotive Front Desk Receptionist to be the front-line representative, greeting customers, routing inquiries, and supporting showroom operations. You will handle calls, messages, and basic information with a professional, friendly demeanor.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must speak clearly and convey professionalism to callers and in-person customers.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Pre-employment screen (background) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department or salesperson.
• Answer basic inquiries and refer extensive questions to appropriate person.
• Enter data into prospect tracking system and manage switchboard.
• Provide messages and distribute information to relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical duties and assist in showroom operations as needed.
• Serve as showroom greeter and support day-to-day activities.
