• 2+ years of high-volume automotive sales with floor control or leadership experience.

• Proficiency with dealership CRM systems and digital sales tracking tools.
• Uncompromising integrity and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Own showroom floor flow, manage traffic, and engage guests professionally.
• Coach sales consultants on listening, walkarounds, and closing on the floor.
• Lead social media branding initiatives and generate organic leads.
• Intervene on TOs to build rapport and close deals.
• Coordinate with Sales Desk and F&I for smooth handoffs and profitability.
• Maintain CRM discipline and daily digital outreach across the team.
• Ensure a 5-star guest experience from entry to delivery.
