Job summary

Sunset Ford in St. Louis, MO (Sunset Hills) seeks a high-energy Floor Manager to lead showroom operations, coach sales teams, and drive a modern, digital sales strategy. You will own the floor, optimize traffic, and close deals with strong leadership and customer focus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of high-volume automotive sales experience with floor control or leadership.
Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing within automotive sales.
Proven ability to motivate and coach a sales team on the showroom floor.
Excellent interpersonal and de-escalation skills in high-pressure negotiations.
Proficiency with dealership CRM and inventory/digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

Optimize every customer interaction on the showroom floor to elevate experience.
Lead and coach sales consultants in real time on listening, walkarounds, and video outreach.
Coordinate with Sales Desk and F&I to ensure smooth deal handoffs and profitability.
Enforce CRM logging and follow-up protocols across the team.
Drive digital branding and social media presence for the showroom.
Manage showroom flow and on-the-spot negotiations to close deals.
