Job Description

Position Purpose: Provide support within the fast‑paced events & retail marketing teams. Focus on interacting with prospective customers, planning, executing, tracking, and fulfilling marketing materials. Coordinate showroom schedules and drive traffic to RbA showroom locations.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide key brand details to customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
• Guide and educate customers through conversation to determine how we can help them; follow the Lead Management process to set a sales appointment at events, retail, showroom, or RSVP locations.
• Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines, including set‑up, teardown of event and retail booth space as needed.
• Deliver a world‑class homeowner experience by providing clear communication, setting realistic expectations, and embodying the Renewal by Andersen "Brand Promise" and "Who We Are" documents.
• Support the Event & Retail department as directed by the manager in various capacities, including but not limited to researching and confirming events/retail stores for the company to participate in.
• Set up, track and report on marketing efforts and ensure they are properly entered into RbA CRM.
• Assist the Event & Retail Manager and showroom team with special requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time‑dependent activities.
• Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus, and openness to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region.
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated to complete projects with little assistance.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record.
• Starting rate for this position is $18.00/hr plus incentives.

Pay Range

$15.27 – $22.90 per hour.
