Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to greet guests, manage appointments, and support sales activities in our showroom. The role emphasizes customer engagement, scheduling, and efficient handling of inquiries.

You will coordinate sign-ins, follow up on bids, and prepare literature packages while maintaining excellent customer relations and administrative accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom guests and learn their needs to build relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with a positive demeanor.
• Explain appointment policy clearly to clients.
• Manage sign-ins, appointment book, and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Send appreciation notes to customers after full house selections.
