Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises in New Jersey seeks a Showroom Coordinator to greet guests, develop customer relationships, and support sales in our showroom.

This role handles calls, manages sign-ins and the appointment book, coordinates literature packets, and maintains follow-up systems to drive customer satisfaction. Schedule is 40 hours per week with one Saturday per month; starting pay is $20 per hour, with a range of $15.00–$24.94 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address "Thank You" cards to customers for full house selections
