Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to assist customers on the showroom floor, expand knowledge of our full product offering, and support the Showroom Sales team with accurate quotations and order processing.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication, time management and a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred.
• Result oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor
• Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
• Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates
• Work with Showroom Sales consultants by handling administrative tasks to meet customer needs
• Ensure timely quotations and accurate order processing for showroom customers
• Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and handle general sales calls
