You will enter, audit, and follow up on leads, while supporting permit coordination, event prospecting and recruiting efforts. Strong scheduling skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver homeowners showroom experience using the prescribed methodology.
• Enter and audit all leads including sweepstakes, callbacks, and appointments.
• Outbound calls to assigned customer lists and generate lead flow from non-traditional sources.
• Support non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting.
• Assist recruiting through candidate outreach, interview coordination and onboarding support.
• Create, maintain and update schedules for events and employees.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
