Andersen Corporation is seeking a Marketing Representative I to engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and occasional showroom shifts. The role focuses on initiating conversations, educating customers on replacement solutions, and setting appointments for in-home consultations.

You will work with the sales team to drive high-quality opportunities, attend team meetings, and represent the brand with excellence in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, team-oriented with adaptability to changing schedules.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in event/retail marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and showroom shifts to generate qualified leads.
• Educate customers on Renewal by Andersen window/door solutions and schedule in-home consultations.
• Set appointments through Lead Management processes at events, retail, showroom or RSVP locations.
• Meet appointment conversion goals per guidelines and assist with booth setup/teardown.
