Renewal by Andersen in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to uphold our showroom standards and deliver a world-class homeowner experience using our prescribed methodology.

You will enter and audit leads, perform outbound calls to generate lead flow, support permit coordination and events, assist recruiting, and manage schedules for events and staff. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads and managing showroom workflows.
• Ability to enter and audit leads accurately and timely.
• Familiarity with coordinating events and candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Use our prescribed Methodology to deliver world class homeowner experience in the showroom.
• Enter and audit all leads including sweepstakes, callbacks, and appointments.
• Outbound call assigned customer lists and generate lead flow for Non-Traditional sources.
• Support both non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting.
• Support recruiting efforts through candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Create, maintain, and update various schedules for events and employees.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
