You’ll oversee vendor management, timeline execution, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver the premium showroom experience.

This hybrid role in Inglewood, CA or remote with up to 30% domestic travel requires 3–5+ years of project management, strong communication, and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or retail development.
• Proven track record of managing complex timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay proactive with remote work.
• A problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset—anticipating needs and acting ahead of time.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Showroom Launches: Manage full project lifecycle for showroom openings—from planning to on-site execution and handoff.
• Support Operational Excellence: Address maintenance and operational issues with minimal disruption to sales teams.
• Drive Efficiency Through Data & Process: Track SOPs, vendor performance, and showroom KPIs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Own the Administrative Backbone: Review contractor reimbursements and vendor receipts; assist with large strategic projects.
