Job summary

7th Avenue is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Showroom Openings & Operations to launch new showroom locations, maintain existing ones, and drive process improvements that support our retail growth.

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week at the NYC Showroom. Travel ~2x per month in the NY Metro Area and 1x per month domestically. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate contractors and vendors, monitor progress with KPIs, and ensure brand standards across locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations, or retail development.
• Proven track record of managing complex timelines and coordinating across teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay proactive with remote work.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and anticipation of needs.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom launches: manage full lifecycle from planning to on-site execution and handoff.
• Support operational excellence: troubleshoot maintenance or operational issues with minimal disruption to sales.
• Drive efficiency through data & process: monitor SOPs, vendor performance, and KPIs to identify savings.
• Own the administrative backbone: review contractor reimbursements, vendor receipts, and supply purchasing.
