Job summary

7th Avenue seeks an Associate Project Manager - Showroom Openings & Operations to lead the launch of new showroom locations and oversee ongoing showroom operations across North America. The role is hybrid with two days per week at the NYC showroom, and travel approximately 2x/month in the NY Metro Area and 1x/month domestically to ensure timely buildouts and brand standards.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with contractors and vendors, track KPIs, and support process improvements to scale

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations, or retail development.
• Proven track record of managing complex timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay proactive with remote work.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom launches: plan, procure, and execute from starter to finish.
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors and internal teams for timely buildouts.
• Audit progress, uphold brand standards, and maintain quality across locations.
• Track SOPs, vendor performance, and showroom KPIs; identify cost-saving solutions.
