Job summary

7th Avenue is seeking a Project Manager – Showroom Operations to launch new showroom locations, maintain existing ones, and drive process improvements that support retail growth across North America. Hybrid in Inglewood, CA or remote with PST/EST hours.

You will manage vendor relationships, timelines, and onboarding of contractors, ensure brand standards, track KPIs, and help optimize SOPs. Travel up to 30% domestically, and contribute to strategic projects with a proactive, solution‑oriented

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or retail development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem solving, with remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Showroom Launches: manage full project lifecycle from planning to handoff for showroom openings.
• Support Operational Excellence: troubleshoot maintenance and operations at current showrooms and audit progress.
• Drive Efficiency Through Data & Process: track SOPs, vendor performance, and showroom KPIs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Own the Administrative Backbone: review contractor reimbursements, vendor receipts, and supply purchasing; support large strategic projects.
