Job summary

7th Avenue is restructuring how furniture is experienced with modular, premium designs. We seek a Project Manager - Showroom Openings to drive new showroom launches, maintain existing spaces, and optimize operations across North America.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and ensure brand standards while reflecting the luxury 7th Avenue experience. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid/remote arrangement support the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or retail development.
• Proven track record of managing complex timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay proactive with remote work.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom launches and manage full project lifecycles from planning to handoff.
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely buildouts.
• Maintain SOPs, vendor performance, and showroom KPIs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review contractor reimbursements, vendor receipts, and supply purchasing; assist on strategic projects.
