Olympia Stone is seeking a warm, organized Customer Care & Sales Support Specialist to be the friendly face of our front office in Indianapolis. You will greet callers, welcome new customers, and ensure details are complete, accurate, and filed, supporting Stone Consultants behind the scenes in a small, collaborative shop.

Responsibilities

• Greet callers and showroom visitors and route messages promptly.
• Make introductory calls to new customers and set expectations.
• Follow up on missing job details and communicate status to consultants.
• Manage purchase orders, change orders, and signed documents accurately.
• Enter changes in SPS and file signed copies appropriately.
• Keep calendars and records up to date and accessible.
• Maintain front-office process docs and assist with reports.
• Manage Stone Engage CRM and social media presence.
