Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer and direct multi-line phone calls; respond to inquiries.
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection, questions, purchases, orders, and pickups.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and availability.
• Maintain an organized showroom and handle showroom sales, payments, and pickups.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with inventory.
