Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Professional to focus on client needs and deliver memorable service.

You will build relationships through storytelling, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with team members to ensure showroom excellence and guest satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to work showroom hours including evenings and weekends, and at least 1 year of retail watch experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail watch experience.
• Excellent storytelling ability and client service mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Confidently present products to clients, incorporating storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele through the CRM platform focusing on relationship building.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on the brands, collections, and pieces carried in the showroom.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
• Comply with company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
• Turn clients over to another team member as needed to best serve the client.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Independently use company systems, hardware and software required for duties.
• Complete administrative tasks supporting the Client Experience.
• Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
