Southern Traditions Window Fashions in Charlotte is seeking a friendly Brand Ambassador to greet customers, engage with shoppers, and schedule appointments for our sales team at retail displays and trade shows.

You will represent our brand at Costco shows across NC and SC, operate independently, and maintain a professional presence. Typical workdays are Monday through Thursday, with occasional evenings or weekends to swap promo graphics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event setup and breakdown of display for events.
• Ability to work independently; punctual and professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
• Promote our products and showcase our brand to retailers and consumers.
• Input contact information accurately for our sales team.
• Familiarize yourself with our mission, core values, and process.
• Manage and track event equipment, materials, and promotional items.
• Physical requirements include standing, long shifts (10-11 hours), lifting up to 30 pounds, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
