Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an energetic Event Brand Ambassador to drive brand awareness at community events and retail locations in Georgia. You’ll interact with homeowners, book appointments with design consultants, and communicate product benefits with a friendly approach.

The role offers paid training, flexible weekend availability, and a base hourly wage with weekly performance bonuses, recognizing top performers in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; events experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation to various event locations in the area.
• Availability to work at least 3 weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer’s markets, etc.
• Engage with attendees and book appointments with design consultants.
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment.
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge.

As an Event Brand Ambassador, you’ll be a vital member of our marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our products and services. You’ll drive brand awareness through engaging, face-to-face interactions at community events and retail locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience – Prior Events Experience is a Plus
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area
• Availability to Work At Least 3 Weekends per Month
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks
