Job summary

Palmetto Renovations in Lexington, SC is seeking a Showroom Attendant to support the Sales Department by managing lead intake, scheduling, and customer communication. This role ensures no lead falls through the cracks and that the sales pipeline moves smoothly from initial contact through contract signing.

You will greet visitors, qualify inquiries, route leads to Sales Specialists, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of related work experience in customer service, sales support, or CRM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM/workflow platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and qualify new call-ins, walk-ins, website inquiries, and showroom visitors; route leads to the appropriate Sales Specialist.
  • Follow up on missed calls, warm leads, post-showroom follow-ups, and proposal reminders.
  • Manage the schedule for the Sales Department and coordinate appointments.
  • Greet customers and offer assistance in the showroom.
  • Recommend products to help customers and provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Create and maintain supplies of sales related materials.
  • Perform showroom maintenance and ensure showroom is presentable.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and customer communications in CRM Software.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Fulfillment, Field, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth information flow and handoffs.
  • Oversee public platform review management and assist with social media operations.
  • Identify and escalate stalled leads and customer concerns to the Sales Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedule for the Sales Department and coordinate appointments.

Training, Education & Licensure
