PLACE Building Dreams Team in Seattle, WA is seeking a motivated real estate professional to guide homebuyers, sellers, and investors through the full transaction from initial consultation to closing, building trusted client relationships along the way.

You will join a collaborative team, complete the PLACE New Agent Launch, help clients tour homes, draft and negotiate offers, devote time to lead generation, and maintain accurate records using PLACE Technology to ensure a smooth, successful

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring homes
• Deliver thorough, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients' home search preferences
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• Participate actively in team events and initiatives as required
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
