The Halstead Team is seeking a Showing Assistant in California to partner with top real estate professionals and grow within a structured program. You’ll work with agents to guide clients to homes, draft and negotiate offers, and participate in ongoing coaching, trainings, and team activities.

Candidates should be people-oriented, ambitious, and learning-focused, with a high school diploma and an active real estate license. PLACE Technology will be used to track tasks and performance.

• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Join team activities and coaching sessions.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
