Job summary

BKTNorthwest is seeking a Showing Assistant to support our real estate agents by coordinating and conducting property showings for potential buyers. You will accompany clients, provide information, and answer questions.

This role emphasizes feedback, negotiation support, and continuous learning through team coaching and training. A WA real estate license is required to join the team; a high school diploma is needed, plus willingness to drive and engage with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; WA real estate license required to join the team.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for real estate and career in the industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for timely task completion.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Proficiency with MLS platforms and CRM systems.

• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a strong desire to pursue a successful career in the industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes, tools, and industry advancements.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software tools commonly used in real estate, such as MLS platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• High school graduate
• Valid WA real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)

Compensation range and earnings are an estimate and based on commission
