Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer for Grand Rapids, MI. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, handling bath/shower demos and installations at customer homes, with on-site duties and a strong emphasis on safety and customer care.

You will load at the warehouse, travel to sites, perform installations, and complete paperwork with customers, ensuring a 5-star experience. Benefits include health, retirement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone or device for logging into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
