West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer in Grand Rapids, MI. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with emphasis on safe installations and customer satisfaction. The installer will demo existing fixtures, install new components, and ensure clean, professional job sites.

The position requires carpentry or related remodeling experience, basic tool knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing—or eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone for company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients and build rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan and surround; update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
