Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Shower & Bathroom Installer to join our team. You will install baths, showers, and related fixtures, traveling to customer homes and delivering a 5-star experience. The role requires basic carpentry, plumbing, and tool knowledge, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing - or a hunger to learn!
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
