West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer in Grand Rapids, MI, starting at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The installer will demo old fixtures, install new tubs or surrounds, update plumbing, and ensure a clean, professional job site while providing a five-star customer experience.

The role requires hands-on carpentry/remodeling experience or a strong willingness to learn, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
