Job summary

West Shore Home in Detroit, MI is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer to join our team. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with travel to customer sites to demo and install baths or showers.

You will load materials, connect plumbing, and ensure a clean, respectful job site. A background in carpentry or remodeling helps, as does a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing - or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
